People I Know: In Paint and Words – - Publis...

Following my advice given to others “freely” I have just completed and published a book of my paintings. The paintings are of people, most created in my studio with conversation I imagined them having. This has been a fun project and intend on doing another (larger) book shortly. I used the Internet publishing tool “Blurb” which has a simple to use program that will get you up and running quickly. There are many other tools out there which means that all of us can be published.

Keeping Spirits...

Well this is a different year. More then any other time in my life I am so aware of how much I need to stay focus and pay attention to everything. It’s the everything that is the problem and presents an impossibility. There is so much of everything. Solution, make your everything smaller and hope no one notices.

2008 Resolutions "The Back Yard"...

Just for fun, we took a trip up north to look at some of the red mountain in Sedona and have a little lunch at the Red Planet Diner. Sedona is a tourist stop with to many gift shops, but all you need do is raise your eyes and see the real reason for being there. This is a photo I took away from the main shopping area and lone car is the norm. Waking up in the morning and seeing something like this will get the creative juices going.
